Mary was our tour guide in Niagara Falls- she was so knowledgeable and prepared. We also missed our meeting time and she was so gracious to let us meet up with her for the rest of the tour- she did her job with such kindness. During our mess-up of not going to the correct meeting place, I called the support number and Jill was fantastic. She helped us to know what to do next, again with such a pleasant tone.
Ashton was a terrific representative for your company. We loved the tunnel the most, and most of the boat. The captain thought drowning us in "mist?" was going to be refreshing. Um. Tooooo coooold! We will never forget our day and the photos are a treasure.
Karey was an absolutely amazing tour guide. He was patient with the children in our group, so knowledgeable, and truly excited about the information. Thank you so much Karey!
Cruise is amazing! The tour guide took us to visit the waterfall from all angles. The explanation was very clear, which saved us time and increased the enjoyment of the itinerary.
I appreciated getting an up close and personal experience and the history presented in the guided tour was actually nice. However I did not appreciate that we were not given options for parking. We had a terrible time finding parking and it was very far from the meet up spot and even further from the ending of the tour area. Super long walk and was given no info about other options that were clearly cheaper and closer. It was cold and we were wet and ended up having to Uber back to our car because we were freezing! That made the experinece far worse because we were miserable by the end of the tour. Also upon booking, it would have been nice to have more detailed info on what to wear. We assumed rain boots and rain coat but no we actually needed full rain or snow body suits. Our legs, jeans and down my boot into my socks were even wet. We were completely drenched, those cheap plastic ponchos didnt do anything. Overall 2.5/5 stars.
No regrets purchasing the tour! Actually I didn't realize I had booked a tour! Thought I had just bought tickets for the boat/tunnels... but super happy on how it turned out! Our guide was great, thanks Meesh!
Diane offered us an extraordinary tour, with all the details we needed on the niagara falls biography. She was lovely and very friendly !
We loved our guide Alisha. She had a great upbeat personality that made the tour more exciting. She gave a lot of good information regarding history and places to go or places to eat. We loved that the tour due to it hitting all the spots that we were interested in seeing. It would be a nice option for people that want to stay at the locations longer to pick an extended time tour. We liked the time frame we were at for each location but if we had an elderly person with us, I could see them wanting more time at each location or needing more time to get to the next location. We loved and will recommend to family and friends in the future.
Our Guide Sean was so hospitable and knowlegable. The walk was wonderful and so enjoyable, learned lots of new information. The boat ride was phenomenal! Great hack to tie the ponchos! Will recommend this company to anyone I know heading to the Falls Thank you for this AMAZING Expenience we will never forget!
Idaina was very informative and accommodating. My 2 friends and I got lost trying to find her at the Skylon Tower but she made sure we got there and waited a few extra minutes for us. The tour was very good but I wish it had more information on the walking distances. We highly recommend Idaina as a guide!
Kevin was an excellent guide - very passionate in his story telling which was informative and fun. Boat ride was great fun too.
The hornblower experience was great even though we could here none of the commentary. No where on your site does it mention the amount of walking required or the # of stairs or the pace. It felt rushed...both time at the sites and the walking pace. Our guide stopped a few times to talk about what we were looking at but the rest of the time he would speak while walking but only the few right beside him could hear. There were only 4 of us in the group. Why call it a guided tour when we are simply dropped off at the venue door?
Your guide was good and the content. The email sent us to the wrong place. When I called they didn't know what tour I was even talking about.
We liked the hornblower trip the most and steppping outside in the deck after the walk under the fall. The tower and the walk in the tunnels were OK The prices are too high
All tickets take care by Brandon our guide. Small group, 8. All major attractions included with advice on other attractions!
Our guide Mrs. Peggy was excellent she had historical stories with pictures, she had us act out a fun play. She was accessible to taje our pictures. The tour was excellent very informative. I give it 10 stars I will recommend friends and family.
The scenery and fall were amazing. Our tour guide, Alisha was great! She's very passionate and knowledgeable. We definitely enjoyed and had a lot of fun during the walking tour.
John S. was amazing!! He made our tour so much fun. We learned a lot and the views were amazing!! Definitely recommend taking this tour. Going on the boat feeling the mist was such a good experience and then for journey behind the falls we were able to skip the line and go down to the tunnels which was very cool! This tour is an experience you don’t want to miss and John S made it even better!
Would definitely recommend doing the guided tour. It took out all the stress of trying to navigate trying to get to all the attractions. The guide walks you to all the attractions while telling you facts about the falls. The guide also has all tickets printed out and walks you to the front of the line. 10/10
Ticketing experience very smooth. Our guide Idiana (am not sure if spelled correctly) was great in giving context and background at the Tower, the Walk behind the Falls and the boat tour.
We were very fortunate to have Alisha as our guide. She eas very knowledgeable about the fallas and the area and is a very warm and welcoming person.
Our tour guide was fantastic. We were entertained, enthralled, and enlightened! The way the whole trip went was fun because we we at ease. There was no rush, and all of our questions were answered. We will book with you again for sure👍♥️👍♥️👍♥️

One of the best parts of my 7-week road trip. I was so thrilled to be on that boat getting soaked like so many videos I've seen for years of other people. I loved it SO MUCH! The tour guide, Alisha, was awesome, kind thoughtful and informative (leading up to the boat ride).

Alisha was fantastic and incredibly kind. She shared many stories with us, helped us skip all the lines, and made everything so easy and truly exciting.
We enjoyed the walking tour almost as much as the boat ride. Our guide, Idania was very informative and answered all questions. It was a great way to get in a lot of information in one day.
It was well worth the money. Our tour guides, Alora and Max were great. Very knowledgeable and accomodating. Having the tour guides also allowed us to get on premium ticket lines which were much shorter. I recommend taking the 10am time slot as it's about a 3 hour tour that ends right around lunch time. I would definitely use this tour service again!
We enjoyed having Alura as our tour guide. She fit in like part of the family. We made lifetime memories and the up close viewsof the waterfalls were beautiful. Well worth the money!
Our tour guide Idania was the absolute best! She was great explaining the fun facts to the children in our group and gave us great tips on how best to enjoy each of the attractions along the tour. Would highly recommend her to anyone.
Pamela was an amazing tour guide! We loved the tours and the fact that we were driven and we didn't have to walk from the hotel. We had our 6 year old and 11 year old kids and the time was perfect. Anything longer and the 6 year old would have been timed out! The kids loved the boat ride and getting soaked!
The knowledge of the tour guide. Also, because I was the only one in the group, we were not rushed.
Our tour guide Ashton was awesome!
Our tourguide Idania did an awesome Job and made our tour even better.
