Jullisa was our guide this morning and she was knowledgeable, friendly and we had the best time. It was our first time ever coming to Niagara Falls and I'm so glad we did the guided tour. It was a beautiful day. The guide provided all the information. We had the pass for behind the falls, the boat ride, and the observation tower. As a family, we had just enough time to do everything without wasting too much time. Unfortunately, we hadn’t brought a picnic because we thought we’d buy something there to eat peacefully in front of the falls, but we didn’t have time. We only had five minutes to grab a bag of chips.

The guide we had (Brian)was very in touch with the group he answered all questions and had a very good sense of humor. We will be back for another tour in the fall,very interested in the power plant.

Our guide, MJ was super knowledgeable and fun. We appreciated her suggestions as to what were absolute "must experience" activities and sights. The Maid of the Mist ride was our top favorite memory of the trip. We loved the cool water on a hot day, the beautiful falls and the excitement of getting so close to all of that rushing water!
