Opening hours: 11am to 5pm from Sunday to Friday, and 11am to 7pm on Saturday

Best time to visit: To avoid large crowds visit during low season (November to April) or shoulder season (May, September, and October) before 12pm or after 3pm on a weekday. Peak season (June to August), however, brings with it warm weather and vibrant surroundings, making it the most popular time to visit.

The Niagara Falls Zipline is located within Queen Victoria Park. It begins near the Hornblower Niagara Cruises boarding area and extends 2,200 feet toward the base of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls from where you will be brought back to the starting point on a complimentary shuttle.

  • The minimum age to go on the zipline is 7 years old.
  • Each participant must sign a waiver. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must sign it.
  • Only those above 42 inches (106 cm) in height will be allowed to participate.
  • For safety reasons, you need to weigh between 65 lbs (30 kg) to 275 lbs (125 kg) in total, including your belongings.
  • Helmets and harnesses will be provided and must be worn at all times during the experience.
  • Pregnant individuals are not permitted to ride.
  • Operations are subject to close based on weather, especially during rain, lightning, or high winds.
